PURPOSE
To Affirm All People are Equal and Loved by God

Part One of this essay will present the barbaric religious scriptures of Hebrew Bible of the Jews which represent that (1) God slaughtered innocent people; (2) God commanded Genocide of non-Jews; (3) God commanded the murders of Jewish children; (4) God commanded the murder of Jewish women with broken hymens. All of these things, according to the Jewish scriptures, were commanded by God to the Jews who claim to be the “Chosen People.”

Part Two discusses that there were and are Jews in America and around the World who reject the Hebrew Bible texts that assert that the “Chosen People” are better than all others. These noble Jews have defended their belief that ALL PEOPLE are in the human family.

Part Three contests the claim that Jews are the “Chosen People” of God from the following empirical sources:

1. Facts from Science, Biology, and Global Evidence of Human Performance will establish there only is One Human Family, and NO group is “chosen” or “special” or “better” than the rest of us.
2. Facts from Major Religions share belief that God loves equally every person, all people–noted especially in Jesus and Muhammad–and these religions conform to scientific, biological, and global human performance.

Part Four considers the “Chosen People” Ideology from Statistical-Biological and Psychiatric Viewpoints

PART ONE
God Commits and Commands Genocide and Murder

“If God Kills Innocent People, It Must Be Good”
The Hebrew God MODELS Slaying the Innocent

“Whenever God kills someone it must not be questioned, and must be supported as right” is the kind of rule for people who have deities that kill anyone or any living thing, whether the spiritual beings are known for allegedly being Good or Evil. This statement applies to the Deity in the Hebrew Bible–and as appropriated later by Christian theologians dissatisfied with Jesus’ non-violence–or all the deities in later history whose real voices were the priests demanding bloody murder of innocent people to appease the religious systems of superstition and control.

As perhaps the world’s expert in the history of Christian violence, I have many statements organizing religious emotions so the people slay babies and everything in sight, and other statements organizing religious emotions so afterwards the killers can dissolve their guilt into the euphoria of having “done the Lord’s will” so they die believing God will love them when they must come face-to-face with the One who did not give them life to rape, torture, enslave, or murder innocent children or adults.

For centuries both Jews and Christians have read the following religious narratives of “God-killing” and explained how it was “moral and just” for God to have done this killing. This “God-killing” is the essential Divine Model for any Jews and Christians who believe these stories to be literally true. Personally, having also studied mental disorders, I believe that mentally ill people are attracted to murderous “divine justifications” by either “God did it” or “God commands it.” Murder is killing an innocent person, regardless of what Religion or National Law alleges to the contrary.

• God Killing Everything (Biocide) Except Eight People – See Genesis, chapters 6-9. These texts are presented by Jews and Christians as a “story of salvation” for obedient people, and a “story of destruction” for adults who heard Noah’s warnings but ignored them. However, since this is a story of a Universal Flood, both Jews and Christians fail to think through all the classes of persons drowned, who did not fit “what offended God” quoted in Genesis 6:5 that “every framing purpose of the thoughts of their inclination was wickedness all the time”:

NOTE: God drowned (1) persons not within earshot of Noah’s warnings, including everyone in other regions or continents; (2) persons not necessarily understanding Noah’s vocabulary or dialect; (3) persons who were babies and children, only capable of relying in parents and families for love and survival, not “constant sinning”; (4) persons mentally disabled “incompetent to formulate evil” who depended for survival on family for food, clothing, shelter, hygiene; or (5) persons who heard Noah and believed him, but had daily duties to feed their families, with no time nor skill to build boats.

• God Killing Everyone (Genocide) in Sodom and Gomorrah – See Genesis, chapter 19:27-29. God “rained on Sodom and Gomorrah flammable resin [Hebrew, גָּפְרִית] and fire” on the cities.” Extermination of all persons, of all ages and conditions, and all animals, was done by God because–according to what God said in Genesis 18:26–“Abraham could not find fifty (50) righteous.” The literal implication that if there were forty-nine or less “righteous,” they were not enough to prevent Divine Extermination by fire.
• God Killing Every First-Born Child (Universal Murder by Class) in Egypt – See Exodus 12:21-30. This story is presented as “God saving the Hebrews” and is commemorated every year in the Jewish “Passover” readings and rituals. Here are some of the moral contradictions in this story.

NOTE 1: None of the Egyptian candidates to be killed had “done anything” to deserve being killed. The Hebrew deity decided to “use the firstborn” as Universal Targets throughout Egypt. So these killings were not “righteous due to sin” but due to “the method for punishment” the Deity chose; that is, the killings were murder. NOTE 2: The nature of the conflict was between the Deity and the Monarch, with Moses as the Deity’s agent. However, when the Deity decided to expand punishment to the entire Nation of Egypt, this was comparable to when the United States uses “collective punishment of Economic Sanctions,” which kills innocent people to “bring pressure” on the Head of State. So the Deity was not righteous but wicked here in this method. NOTE 3: Normally Deity is considered to be “omniscient” or all-knowing; however, here the Deity admits it needs a “visual aid of smeared blood” to locate “specially exempt Firstborn” or else the Deity would not know whom to kill and whom to spare. NOTE 4:  The Hebrew language text states that the animal to be slaughtered was in the singular [הַפָּֽסַח→פֶסַח]. There only was one to have its throat slit, and that one had to meet the requirements for “ritual purity” to be eligible for sacrifice. One lamb did not have enough blood to smear all across Egypt. Much blood was needed, smeared on every door “overhanging [מַשְׁקוֹף] and two support-posts.” How many ounces of blood were needed is unknown, as are the number of Hebrew homes. Yet the blood of one lamb for all Egypt was impossible, unless there were ten or so Hebrew homes.

• God Permitting Satan to Kill Innocent People to Prove a Point – See the Book of Job 1:8-21. Killed in a single day after this “bet” between God and Satan were (1) Job’s sons and daughters, verses 18-19; (2) Job’s servants tending his oxen and donkeys, verses 14-15; (3) Job’s servants tending his camels, verses 17; and Job’s servants tending his sheep, verse 16. In all cases of the dead, none had done anything to deserve being murdered, and in fact, one reason for Job “being considered righteous” by God was that Job “daily offered religious sacrifices to God on behalf of his children.” See Job 1:4-5.

NOTE 1: This text does not come from the books “attributed to Moses” which is of great importance to some Jews. NOTE 2: Jews and Christians are divided within their own groups as to whether this book is “literal” or “poetic,” meaning some think its statements are historical fact, while others consider its content to be a theological treatise on Moral Theology elaborating “why bad things happen to good people,” using a story to transmit the issues and answers. NOTE 3: I present this story as “something God did” because it is included in the Hebrew Bible canon, and it does not qualify itself as “poetic” or “theological” and, more than that, many Christians cite this as a literal historical event.

“If God Commands It, It Must Be Right”
The Hebrew God DELEGATES Slaying the Innocent to “The Chosen”

• God Chooses Jews Above all the Peoples of the Earth – See Deuteronomy 7:6-8a. “6] For you are people separated to YHWH your God. YHWH God has chosen you [בְּךָ֞ בָּחַ֣ר] to be for himself a people, a treasure above all people [מִכֹּל֙ הָֽעַמִּ֔ים] on the surface of the Earth. [7] You were not more numerous than all [other] peoples. YHWH attached to you and chose you [because] you are the fewest of all peoples [8] because of the love of YHWH for you and because he would observe the oath [וּמִשָּׁמְר֤וֹ אֶת־הַשְּׁבֻעָה֙] he swore to your fathers….”

NOTE 1: This is one of the “classic texts” Jews point to that they are “Chosen People” above and beyond all other persons. NOTE 2: Jewish rabbis also point out that “only Jews have a soul, and non-Jews do not” from Genesis 2:7 where YHWH Elohim “breathed the breath of life into the nostrils of the man who became a living soul” [וַיִּפַּ֥ח בְּאַפָּ֖יו נִשְׁמַ֣ת חַיִּ֑ים וַיְהִ֥י הָֽאָדָ֖ם לְנֶ֥פֶשׁ חַיָּֽה]. The word נֶפֶשׁ = “soul” and some rabbis claim that non-Jews have no soul, but are animals fit to be driven like cattle, used, and even slaughtered as cattle.

• God Hands Over Middle Eastern Peoples for Merciless Genocide – See Deuteronomy 7:1-2. “[10] When YHWH your god brings you into the land, which you go there to possess, and has cast out many Nations before you–the Hittites [Turkey] and Girgashites [Golan?] and Amorites [in general, the Levant] and Canaanites [Syria, Lebanon, Jordan] and Perizzites [Palestine] and Hivites [Lebanon] and Jebusites [Jerusalem]–seven Nations more populous and powerful than you [2] and when YHWH your god gives them over to you, you shall strike them in holy annihilation [וְהִכִּיתָ֑ם הַֽחֲרֵ֤ם תַּֽחֲרִים֙]. You shall make no treaty [בְּרִ֖ית] with them, nor show mercy [תְחָנֵּֽם] to them.

NOTE: This is the “formula” being used by some Jews, supported by some Christians, for conquering Nations in the Middle East–who just happen to have oil and gas. Of course, when the leaders in the State of Israel and its ally the United States quote these “biblical guidelines,” they fail to mention that control of Middle East oil and gas “just accidentally” are the keys to controlling the Wealth of the World.

• God Commands Annihilation for All Non-Israelite People and Their Cattle – See Deuteronomy 13:15. “You shall surely strike strike down the inhabitants of the city with the edge of the sword, annihilating [הַֽחֲרֵ֨ם] it and all in it, and its livestock, with the edge of the sword.”
• God Commands “Holy Annihilation” of the Seven Nations – See Deuteronomy 20:17. “You shall strike them in holy annihilation [הַֽחֲרֵ֣ם תַּֽחֲרִימֵ֗ם] the Hittite and the Amorite and the Canaanite and the Perrizite and the Hirvite and the Jebusite, which YHWH your god has commanded you.”

NOTE: Both of these texts command Genocide for all non-Jews, and the first text Biocide of all the animals and livestock. Now Jewish scholars, like Susan Niditch in her little technical book, War in the Hebrew Bible: a Study in the Ethics of Violence (Oxford, 1993), discuss in accurate historical detail the theological meaning of חֲרֵ֨ם (pronounced heh-rem) and translated in various ways as “Ban” or “Devoted to destruction [to YHWH]” or “Proscribed,” all meaning full and complete ritualized bloody sacrifice of “The Unclean” to God. “Claiming war booty” was denied, for keeping the “Unclean” pollutes the possessor. However, what always offended me in all my studies of these “sanitized” ideological explanations, similarly used by Christians explaining their killing in each century, is how unrealistic they all are in refusing to consider what annihilation really is–screaming, sword and spear thrusts into entrails, blood gushing, shocked eyes looking at their killers, children hiding and slain where found, beheading, arms and legs off torsos, the shouts of the killers over the terror of their victims, the peculiar smells of intermixed blood, urine, feces, bile and lymph. Religious texts in any religion poetically gloss over the real sensory experience and its consequences. Nowhere in antiquity do we read about the psycopathy of killers: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Dissociative Detachment, Dissociative Amnesia, Schizophrnia, Nightmare Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, or the common self-treatment of centuries, Alcoholism. These Hebrew “Divine Commands” for annihilation of people and animals, religious in overt context but seedbeds for mental-emotional-behavioral pathologies, always have been for me as sterile and damning as Von Clausewitz’s definition of war as “continuation of politics by other means” [“Der Krieg ist eine bloße Fortsetzung der Politik mit anderen Mitteln,” in his famous 1832 text, Grundgedanken über Krieg und Kriegführung, Insel-Verlag: Leipzig, 1832, Book 1, Chapter 1, Paragraph 24]. Murder is murder by whatever means, and I must stand with any theist or atheist who rejects the slaughter of innocent people, and Jesus Christ most definitely approves.

• God Commands Children Striking Parents Must Die – See Exodus 21:15. “Who strikes [נָכָה] his father or mother shall be put to death.”
• God Commands Children Insulting Parents Must Die – See Exodus 21:17. “Who curses [קָלַל = curse, despise, has contempt for] his father or mother shall be put to death.”

NOTE: In both texts above where parents must kill their child, notice that the Divine Command is “Cause-and-Effect,” from “Act-to-Execution.” There is no religious trial to prevent (1) the immediate execution of a child by a parent, without religious supervision <even though rabbinical commentators “make up” all kinds of “qualifiers” which are unstated “arguments from silence” and totally useless except to “make excuses” which the Deity never said; (2) mentally ill or emotionally volatile parents from bringing imaginary or wrongful descriptions against a child, or children; (3) the convening of a religious court of judges to evaluate all the evidence, and perhaps save the life of an innocent child, or save a parent in distraught situations from not perceiving something they were incapable of seeing accurately at the time; or (4) neutral witnesses able to testify that a normally sweet child had a fever during the event, or that a normally caring parent was suffering from a fever, etc.

• God Commands Rebellious Sons Must be Stoned to Death – See Deuteronomy 21:18-21 – “If a man has a stubborn [סָרַר] and [מָרָה = disobedient, provoking, contentious] son, who does not [שָׁמַע = hear, listen, heed, give regard, conform] to the voice of his father or the voice of his mother when they have [יָסַר = corrected, disciplined, chastised] him, and he will not hear them, then his father and mother will seize [תָּפַשׂ] him and take him out to the Elders of his town and its entrance [שַׁעַר], and they shall say to the Elders, ‘This our son is stubborn and rebellious and he will not obey our voice, he is worthless [זָלַל] and a drunk [סֹבֶא].’ And all the men of his city will stone him to death with stones, and you shall put away the evil [רַע = evil, bad, adversity, displeasing non-human entity] from your midst and all Israel shall hear and fear.”

NOTE: See how this text contains a contradiction not usually seen in these texts: a clear false accusation. The foundation is rebelliousness, yet the formal accusation adds “worthless and a drunk.” Rebellion is the formal basis, yet character flaws are added to “compound” the call for execution. One only can wonder if any condemned children appealed against this prejudicial bias for conviction.

• God Commands Brides Not Virginal Must be Stoned to Death – See Deuteronomy 22:20-21. “…if virginity is not found [fresh blood from a broken hymen, preserved as evidence on white cloth] for the young woman, they shall bring the young woman out to the door of the house of her father and the men of her town shall stone her to death with stones because she has done a disgraceful thing in Israel to play the whore in her father’s house; so you shall put away the evil from your midst.”

NOTE 1: There surely was forcible incest in those times as well, when males in a family raped young girls, beautiful or not, so “God forgot” to require the rapists to come forward before their females were stoned to death. NOTE 2: The highest religious authority studied by most Jewish rabbis, The Babylonian Talmud, openly teaches that sex with children [A] “younger than nine years and a day” is not sin and permissible in Tractate Sanhedrin, 54B <pp. 371-372 in the Sonchino translation>] and [B] “with a baby girl no younger than three years and a day in marriage by coitus” in Tractate Sanhedrin, 55B <p. 376>. NOTE 3: This criminal and barbaric filth comes from “authoritative rabbis” and so Jewish men and women are indoctrinated with the “permissibility” of traumatic sexual experiences for young children. NOTE 4: This criminal and barbaric filth very well may have aided Jewish men–educated by rabbis teaching the Babylonian Talmud–in conspiring to use “child sex” to seduce non-Jewish men in the Epstein Files events, as “no big deal for us since we do it, or had it done to us.”

• God Promises Annihilation Completed the Next Day – Joshua 10:40 and 11:6,8 – “[10:40] Joshua struck all the land, the hill country, and the south Negev, and the lowland, and the ravines, and none of their kings he left alive, but everything that breathed he annihilated [לֹ֥א הִשְׁאִ֖יר שָׂרִ֑יד וְאֵ֚ת כָּל־הַנְּשָׁמָה֙ הֶֽחֱרִ֔ים]…. [11:6] YHWH said to Joshua, ‘Do not be afraid of them [kings in verses 1-4] because tomorrow, about this time, I will give them all slain’…. [11:8] and YHWH delivered them into the hand of Israel … and they struck them until no survivors were left [וַיַּכֻּ֕ם עַד־בִּלְתִּ֥י הִשְׁאִֽיר־לָהֶ֖ם שָׂרִֽיד].”

NOTE: While Joshua did the killing, apparently YHWH perceived fear in him, so the reassurance that the next day the Deity would “hand them over dead” to the Chosen. So with that divine encouragement, the annihilation happened. Since these ancient texts are so stripped down and bare, there never are mentioned sleepless nights, nightmares, emotionally unstable Jewish fathers, due to memories of babies, children, women, crying and begging for mercy, victims’ blood spurting in the eyes of the swordsmen, heading rolling some with moving expressions of horror since the nerves still are functioning. Yet can anyone doubt that these Jewish killers were not human, not unlike killers in the IDF today, not unlike murderers in all ages and places? The religious texts are so pallid, weak, and false in what they tell people seeking religious advice. 

PART TW0
Not All Jews Accept the “Chosen People” Ideology

In what follows are three subsections, each illustrating some Jews who clearly rejected the “Chosen People” ideology, and who stood up on behalf of the Entire Human Family.

1. Subsection One – This is an incredible story relevant for our time, and relevant as a major chapter in “Jews who rejected Chosen People ideology, Jews who loved the entire Human Family.” Unlike today’s Republicans–with the exception of U.S. Representative Thomas Massie (KY)–who all support the Zionist State in all of its murderous deeds, without a whimper of moral protest. In 1919 we see thirty-two American Jews–likely all Republicans–UNITED in OPPOSITION against any Zionist State. They had given President Wilson a document, through the Department of State, prior to his going to the Paris Peace Conference. He promised he would present it to the Conference. They suspected he lied. So they published the entire document in the New York Times on 4 March 1919, giving all their reasons for why they unequivocally rejected any future Jewish State in Palestine. Who did these thirty-two Jews include, who signed their names for all America and the world to see? They included a Republican U.S. Representative from California (Julius Kahn), a former Ambassador to Turkey (Henry Morgenthau), a former Consul to Egypt (Simon Wolf) and others whose names are honored in the history of Jewish Americans. Jews, take notice. Christians, take notice. Muslims, take comfort.
2. Subsection Two – This is the paragraph-by-paragraph distillation of every point made by the thirty-two Jews in 1919 of their OPPOSITION to any Jewish State. In my transcription of the 4 March 1919 New York Times article, I numbered every paragraph, enabling quick location of any content. I have used my paragraph numbers to help any readers who wish to consult the original Times article, to read for themselves, and to judge whether or not I have represented accurately the point I alleged was made. However, to strengthen my alleged summaries, I have tried to quote the original statement which led me to summarize in the way I have. Accuracy is everything. This is not being “for” or “against” these thirty-two Jews, but reading and understanding exactly what they said in 1919, even if sometimes repetitious to intellectuals like myself.
3. Subsection Three – a personal list of “Jews who rejected Chosen People ideology, Jews who loved, Jews alive today who love, the entire Human Family.” As a man who stands in isolation from nearly all Christians–except the nonviolent ones–I understand what it is to love the entire Human Family, and to have, at least within me, emotions of hate and not compassion for anyone who murders or rapes children, innocent people anywhere in the world. Jesus’ Golden Rule is so powerful (and duplicated in all the religions of the world). So just as I am a defender of the innocent, the Jews I mention in this list are some of my heroes in the Human Family. Some were murdered by other Jews, Zionist Jews, for daring to say that Muslims are Human Beings deserving of respect, human rights, and security living peaceful lives. Yet I have made this tiny list, just to honor these good moral Jews, some who are with us, and who still inspire in my work, so lonely in this era where Monsters–some religious, some not–slay the “Eaters” and “Non-Producers” who think they will not die to face God who sees everything they think, say, and do.

The Year 1919:
Thirty-Two Jewish American Republicans UNITE
To STOP any Jewish State from Being Formed

On 4 March 1919, The New York Times carried this news item, surely overseen by Adolf Ochs, the Jew who owned the paper:

PROTEST TO WILSON
AGAINST ZIONIST STATE
Representative Jews Ask Him to
Present it to the Peace Conference
Special to The New York Times

PHILADELPHIA, March. 4. — Acting on behalf of a committee of thirty-one prominent men, Congressman Kahn of California, in Washington, today presented to President Wilson a petition on behalf of the Zionist organization of the conference of the Peace Conference. President Wilson acknowledged the petition in a few words and agreed to have the matter put before the conference after his arrival in Paris.

Notice in the small print that some Jewish leaders handed President Woodrow Wilson a “petition” and then he “acknowledged it in a few words” then promised to take some action on it when he arrived in Paris, to the Peace Conference after World War 1. What action did he promise? He “agreed to have the matter put before the conference.” What was this “petition”? Normally a newspaper would summarize its subject and say a few more things, then move on. Space is valuable in newspapers, especially big ones like the New York Times.

It seems that the editor of the Times anticipated that President Wilson might “bury” the petition once he headed to Paris, and the thirty-two Jewish leaders were determined including a Republican U.S. Representative from San Francisco–which he promised to deliver to the Paris Peace Conference–was a list of thirty-two Jewish signatories who contributed to that document, either in substance or support by their names. Today no one knows their reputations or force while alive. Yet on 4 March 1919, these were powerful American Jews, a kind of “Who’s Who” who made a political and humane and democratic stand, putting their reputations on the line:

The Dangers of a Jewish State:
What Democracy-Loving American Jewish Leaders Said in 1919

I decided that, rather than summarizing the core statements, I had read each paragraph several times, attempt to summarize the core, but let you, Reader, “get a flavor” of the clarity, morality, and force of what these thirty-two American Jews put into their State Department document with substantial quotation. It was required, for me to be a moral man giving moral voice to these men so brave in 1919. Should you, Reader, decide to dig out that New York Times article for yourself, then number the paragraphs and see for yourself whether my skills were fair to these great men.

1. [Zionists do not represent all American Jews] Zionists only represented about “150,000 out of 3,500,000” American Jews, not the American Jewish majority.
2. [Agree with Zionists that all Jews need freedom from oppression] Sympathy for the Zionist goal of “securing for Jews living in lands of oppression a refuge in Palestine or elsewhere.”
3. [Zionists ignore history and endanger all Jews] The Zionists misrepresent Jewish history that Jews ceased to be a nation 2,000 years ago, and by seeking to create a “national home” endangers the rights of ALL Jews living around the world, if they live in oppressive regimes.
4. [Palestine cannot accommodate all the Jews in the world] Palestine cannot become a homeland for between 6-10,000,000 Jews in Russia and Romania, which nations should grant “full rights of citizenship to Jews.”
5. [The “Balfour Declaration” does not speak for Jews happy in their own Nations] Zionists cite the “Balfour Declaration” and Palestine as a home “not merely for Jews in oppressed countries, but for Jews universally,” yet “no Jew, wherever he may live, can consider himself free from the implications of such a grant.”

Jews Past and Present:
Fighting for the Entire Human Family

In the list of Jewish men I honor below, there are no women. This is not due to chauvinistic oversight. In the battles between Jews over who they are and how they should related to the world of non-Jews, history simply is that men have been the warriors. On the other hand, I am very thankful to note that a Jewish woman, who was a Zionist for twenty-eight years, tells her story of how she learned she no longer wanted to remain Zionist. Her book reads smoothly, and she invites both Jews and non-Jews to understand the issues and choices she made, and she hopes they will make.

I now give a short and partial list of Jewish men who are some of my personal heroes. Some of these Jewish were murdered by other Jews because they already loved other human beings, and respected Muslims as people who deserve peace. I offer this short list of Jewish warriors on behalf of our One Human Family because I love these good men, among many others.

Finally I include some Jews alive today among us who are helping all of us–Jew, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, non-religious, anti-religious–with Honest Reportage and Honest Opinions, all in support of the Entire Human Family. I love these Jews (and also any honest persons religious or not) who are helping me learn something of what is happening in the world. None of them say, “I am doing this because I love all People.” None of them say, “I am doing this because I believe in God, or several.” It seems to me that all these good men are motivated by “Love for All People.”

Why should they risk being murdered by Mossad for attempting to tell the truth? Do they have some mental disorder so they wish to join the Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty One (2561) journalists murdered for telling, or attempting to gather the Truth to tell to the world? That is the number right now, as I write, on the website of the Committee to Protect Journalists. There are more statistics of journalists not yet dead, who are imprisoned and missing. How many families in the world daily and nightly pray for beloved family members they believe are dead, dissolved in a vat of acid, cut into pieces and fed to swine, blown to bits and forgotten?

Facts Dissolving the Claims of the “Chosen People” Ideology

Scientific and Empirical Evidence:
All Human Beings are Equal in Genetics, Biology, Performance

• Scientifically, there are no “chosen people,” because geneticists working in The Human Genome Project (1990-2003) demonstrated that all human beings have the same genetic map, which itself was not “chosen” but simply is for all persons who are human, who are human because of the genetic map they possess.
• Biologically, there are no “chosen people,” because for centuries we have known that Class Mammalia is characterized by all its 6500 species as: (1) warm-blooded, (2) vertebrate, (3) four-chambered hearts, (4) hair, (5) milk glands to feed the young, (6) differentiated teeth, and (7) a lower jaw that connects with the skull. None of these traits are “chosen” but Universal in all Mammals, and all Humans. The next item must be separated, but it also is connected with Universal Mammalian Neural Functions.
• Emotionally, there are no “chosen people,” because all humans share the same mammalian emotions, mammalian empathy, and mammalian compassion for other species. Scientific observations in many species show that Mammals–and we humans among them–are by Nature caring, collaborative, compassionate, and inclined to mutual help and even sacrifice. What this means is that the merely religious-cognitive claim to be “Chosen” or “Superior” or “Better” is not only anti-Mammalian, but an example of group-conditioned mental disorder-become-ideology.
• Behaviorally, there are no “chosen people,” because Universal Human Performance on every Continent and Nation around the Earth affirms identical regions of performance: (1) Cognitive; (2) Physical-Motor; (3) Affective-Motivational; (4) Social-Team Interaction-Collaboration; (5) Behavior Regulation for Self-Others-Acceptance-Affirmation. In addition, there are no “chosen people” in the areas of Universal Human Areas of Global Achievement: (A) Science and Technology; (B) Aesthetic Expression and All Art-Forms; (C) Social Organization and Behavior Management, including Conflict Prevention-Intervention-Resolution; (D) Medicine and Pharmacology; (E) Education Content and Transmission; (F) Agriculture; and (G) Social and Religious Rituals-Symbolism.

Religious Evidence:
“God Loves All People” is Believed by 57% of the World

Here is a chronological order presentation of World Religions whose Prophets and Teachers all AGREED that “all human beings are equal before God.” I have included the names of the religions, their Founders, their Geographical Locations, and the estimated number of believers in the world today:

Zoroastrianism [Zarathustra Spitama or Zoroaster (Persia/Iran)] – around 125,000
Buddhism [Siddhartha Gautama (Nepal)] – around 325 Million or 4% Global Population
Christianity [Jesus of Nazareth (Palestine)] – around 2.6 Billion or 32% Global Population
Islam [Muhammad (Arabia)] – around 2 Billion or 25% Global Population
Sihkism [Guru Nanak (Talwandi/Pakistan)] – around 25 Million or 0.3% Global Population
Baháʼí [Mírzā Ḥusayn-ʻAlí or Baháʼu’lláh (Persia/Iran)] – around 8 Million or 0.1% Global Population

Two of the religions above, Christianity and Islam, make up Fifty-Seven Percent (57%) of the Global Population. Both of those two religions love Jesus Christ, and his virgin mother, Mary. Both Christians and Muslims believe God sent Jesus (1) to straighten out the “Chosen People” Jews from their corrupted religion, and (2) to tell All People on the Earth about God’s Invitation for “every person to Choose” to become as citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus preached, taught, commanded, and demonstrated in all his relationships that God loves all people.

God Loves ALL Babies and Children:
Jesus and Muhammad

Jesus and Muhammad agreed that God places a High Value on Babies and Children, all around the Earth.

Jesus – Jesus is world-famous for his message and demonstration that “God loves all people.” Jesus’ Pharisaical critics attacked him for this reason among others.

One day, surrounded by such critics, Jesus warned them: “Unless you change your minds and become like these little children, you never shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” See Matthew 18:31-6; 19:13-15; Mark 10:13-16; Luke 18:15-18. In those texts you will see parents bring babies and children to Jesus for his prayers and blessings. Jesus pointed to babies as perfect examples of dependence, need, trust, gentleness, love, and worthiness to be loved and protected.

Muhammad – Centuries later, Muhammad said that all babies are born with “natural disposition” to God [Quran 30:30], with “God’s breathe in them” [Quran 15:29 and 32:9]. Research the Arabic term, فطرة (pronounced fee-trah) to see how Muhammad revealed that God instilled in every baby in the world a “human nature already trusting in God, trusting in people.” This form of infant-child “trusting” is not cognitive. The infant-child is not “taught” to trust God, but does without “thinking.” Later when a child begins to think on his or her own, that is when the child must decide, “Do I trust God or the World?” The term, Islam, is the Arabic word, إسلام (pronounced iz-lahm), which means means “submission” or “surrender” to God.

A Jewish View of Babies of the Enemy:
“Smash them on the Rocks”

If you read Psalm 137, all of it, this is a sad and most solemn song of grief and lament concerning enslavement, psychological torment by the slave masters, and sorrow that the center of Jewish worship, The Temple, was razed to the ground in mockery. Then the final sentence in Psalm 137, is a curse upon all those who have done these things to “The Chosen”:

“Blessed [or Happy = אַשְׁרֵ֤י] is the one who seizes [שֶׁיֹּאחֵ֓ז] and smashes [וְנִפֵּ֬ץ] your babies [עֹ֝לָלַ֗יִךְ] against the rock.”

Now this horrible statement must be viewed in context. It comes as the last statement in a song of tragedy, grief, sorrow, and memories of an enemy taunting Jewish slaves to sing about what has happened to them, and the destruction of the ritual center of worship, The Temple, in Jerusalem. So this blessing, which is a curse, concludes with a plea for retaliation of suffering, through the bloody destruction of the enemy’s babies. It is the Mammalian instinct of love for babies which makes the curse more potent.

Whatever the religious context, a prayer to smash babies is [1] Anti-Mammalian, that is against human nature; and [2] Criminal Imagery, promoting baby-killing as “legitimate religious response.”

What is tragic in the history of Judaism is that Psalm 137 has been made into a centerpiece for Jewish ritual.

• Psalm 137 is repeated every day of the week, just before the “grace after meal” called Birkat Hamazon, Sunday through Friday.
• Psalm 137 is recited by all Jews in the world every year, on the eve of the “saddest day of the year,” Tisha B’Av, the ninth of Av, when they remember–as framed by the Psalm–(1) enslavement; (2) taunting by their enemies; (3) destruction of the Temple; (4) again, taunting for complete destruction of the Temple; and then (5) the “Iegitimate” prayer for baby-killing–the force of grief praying for an inhuman act.

We all understand the place of Memory and Ritual in all religions. Nevertheless, there is a force active in theological texts to shape worshipers’ brains in cognitive content, emotional triggers, and intraneural processes which make criminal behaviors transformed into “religiously normal and good,” such as baby-killing. Note videos of IDF bragging and smiling about killing children.

It seems reasonable, at least from Mammalian Instincts, that the Jews would have been wiser to have memorialized what their own son–Jesus–taught about children, children in general all over the world, as well as other themes which Psalm 137 denies: the benefits of forgiveness, reconciliation, and shalom-makers being called ‘Children of God.’

PART FOUR
The “Chosen People” Ideology Considered Statistically and Psychologically

Statistics as Biological Warning

Statistics. According to some estimates, here are the estimated populations of the entire Human Family on the Earth, and within that, the estimated population of all Jews:

Earth’s Population = 8.3 Billion or 8,300,000,000

Jews = 15.5 Million or 15,500,000,000 (the higher estimate)

Percentage of Jewish Population = 0.1867% (less than two-tenths of one percent)

Percentage of Non-Jewish Population = 99.8133% 

Now to Jews who believe they are the “Chosen People,” this estimated statistical divergence is a source of pride. The tiny minority status, they say, “…shows how special we really are to the rest of you!” The really bold and prideful ones will then quote some of the most outrageous statements from their rabbis about the rest of us. Most Jews, however, who really believe they are the “Chosen People” keep quiet about what they think of the rest of us.

Thinking Biologically, what should 99.8133% of a Species do when 0.1867% of its own Species believes:

• Its “superiority” as a group is due to Divine Decision
• Its “rights” to territories inhabited by Inferiors is due to Divine Gifting
• Its “rights” to slay all Inferiors are granted by Divine Command
• Its “methods” to slay Inferiors are unlimited from thirst to starvation, and every form ensuring Death
• Its “goals” should be to slay ALL Inferiors, as Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai said, “Kill the best of the heathens in time of war; crush the brain of the best of serpents…. Happy is he who does the will of the Omnipresent.” [רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן בֶּן יוֹחַאי אוֹמֵר: טוֹב שֶׁבְּגוֹיִם הֲרֹג, וְטוֹב שֶׁבִּנְחָשִׁים רְצַץ אֶת מוֹחוֹ, Tractate Soferim, Chapter 15, Rule 10. Shimon was a 2nd Century A.D. Galillean, and brilliant student of Rabbi Akiva ben Joseph]. 

Now an anti-Semite racist biologist might suggest that the 0.1867% is a “genetic anomaly” and must be exterminated, for the overall preservation of the Species. However, the Genome Project did not discover such a “map.” We already have seen that religious texts shape this thinking, values, and willingness to engage in Anti-Mammalian behaviors.

Religious texts do implant, and can be used for rituals to shape cognitive content, emotional content, behavioral-conditioning content and–if you will include the psychological manipulation of large human groups–pathological content capable of Genocide and Murder.

My entire academic career, focusing on “Christian violence,” is what creates my background and expertise in making the statement in the last sentence. It has nothing to do with Jews, but Christians. I never in my life have had an anti-Semitic molecule or hormone or ideology. If I had time, I would tell you just what a pro-Jew, pro-Israel man I was from around the age of perhaps twelve to age fifty.

Jews Must Choose. Because these problems in Judaism are not natural but taught, Jews who believe the religious texts must make a decision. Do they keep a precious religious tradition that is viewed by more than 99% of the rest of the Species as criminal, and accept the consequences (whatever they will be)? Or, will they choose what other Jews Past and Present have chosen: the affirmation that they are in the One Human Family, that they will defend it, and in that defense itself, demonstrate their loyalty to their Species? Let us consider two examples:

• The American Jews of 1919. You saw above, in the section where American Jewish leaders opposed any Zionist State. They were Americans. They believed all people were equal. They believed all people deserved the chances they received in America, and which they took, and by which they succeeded.They saw that the “Chosen People” ideology was false. They saw that the Zionists were creating not a solution, but the deaths of thousands.
• The Brave Martyred Yitzhak Rabin. Yitzhak Rabin joined the commando unit of the Haganah, Palmach, in 1941 when he was nineteen years old. By 1948 he was head of operations. Research his entire brave and brilliant history as an Israeli Zionist. Yitzhak eventually held the highest military position in the Israeli Defense Forces. He earned the position of רב-אלוף—Rav Aluf (pronounced raav ah loof), meaning “Super Champion” or “Arch Champion. He became Ambassador to the United States from 1968-1973. Read his entire achievements up to 1994, the year he won the Nobel Peace Prize beside Yasser Arafat–a Palestinian–and another less prominent Israeli, Shimon Peres. In 1995 Rabin signed a peace treaty with Jordan. In 1995 he was murdered in a crowd in Tel Aviv by a nationalistic Jew, scum by comparison, whose name does not deserve mention. Yet there are some today in Israel who consider the killer to be a national hero, and Rabin to have been a national traitor, and these bring specially prepared food to their hero, praying for his soon release. Rabin came to see he was a member of the Human Family, and a member of “The Chosen” took his life. Rabin’s widow, Leah, blamed Benjamin Netanyahu and others for the murder.

There is are analogies from Nature Jews must consider, which may help them choose the Entire Human Family. When there are infections in the human body, the body itself has mechanisms for attacking and killing the infections. Likewise, when a female Mammal is pregnant, and the fetus is diseased in utero, Nature provide for spontaneous abortion to emit the dying thing that threatens to kill the mother.

When I have used the Encyclopedia Judaica, and been so impressed with so many Jewish contributions to the entire human race, for such a long time, it seems to me that it ought to be an easy decision for Jews to embrace the One God who made the One People all over the Earth, Homo Sapiens. I pray to God this essay has been of some assistance to that end.

Thinking about “Chosen People” Ideology
Through the Lens of Psychiatry

Definition of Delusion. The American Psychological Association defines delusion: “a fixed false belief based on incorrect inference about external reality, held with firm conviction, despite evidence to the contrary.” The National Library of Medicine defines delusion, with a discussion relevant for our topic:

A delusion is a belief that is clearly false and that indicates an abnormality in the affected person’s content of thought. The false belief is not accounted for by the person’s cultural or religious background or his or her level of intelligence. The key feature of a delusion is the degree to which the person is convinced that the belief is true. A person with a delusion will hold firmly to the belief regardless of evidence to the contrary.

Delusions can be difficult to distinguish from overvalued ideas, which are unreasonable ideas that a person holds, but the affected person has at least some level of doubt as to its truthfulness. A person with a delusion is absolutely convinced that the delusion is real. Delusions are a symptom of either a medical, neurological, or mental disorder.

Clinically, there are three criteria psychiatrists look for to assess delusion:

• Certainty: Held with absolute subjective conviction.
• Incorrigibility: Resistant to rational counter-argument or contradictory evidence.
• Impossibility/Implausibility: The content is often patently untrue or bizarre to peers of the same cultural or educational background. 

There is a distinction made between overvalued ideas and delusional disorder. In cases of the latter, there are also features of cognitive biases to maintain the delusions:

1. Bias Against Disconfirmatory Evidence (BADE) – “refusal to adjust belief in the face of contrary evidence”
2. Belief Inflexibility – “lack of openness to alternative explanations”
3. Jumping to Conclusions – “hasty inference to bypass integration of contradictory evidence”
4. Evidence Integration Impairment (EII) – “tendency to accept higher plausibility to lower confirmation data”
5. Liberal Acceptance – “accepting highly implausible interpretations as potentially true”

I believe sufficient evidence has been submitted for Jews and non-Jews to consider these beginnings for research, regarding the “Chosen People” Hypothesis, beyond its religious claims.

In addition, and in connection but unrelated, there are millions of Americans clearly needing psychiatric assessment because they manifest a number of behaviors related to Mass Delusion pertaining to President Trump and the Republican Party. 

Conclusions

There is an old saw among preachers called the Rule of Three: “Tell what you are going to say. Say it. Then tell what you have said.” For myself, I despise needless repetition, which is an insult to the recipient. Therefore I conclude with an encouragement to review the preceding Four Parts, at one’s leisure, being sure to critique and doubt every point, in order to gain clarity on the claim of anyone to be “Chosen People.”

I have sought to introduce much evidence, and to express my love for all the noble Jews who have believed and believe, as I do, that there is One Human Family. I learned this principally, and still take the greatest comfort–expressed in my faith that there is One God who Loves All of Us–in that Jew sent by the One God described by that same Jew “the Only One Who Is Good”: Jesus of Nazareth, who was their Anointed, for no one else ever came after him any better, as all Muslims also will agree. Jesus has been so influential throughout history not because of the Christians, but despite them. For the love he showed to non-Jews was always gentle, patient, encouraging, and healing. Jews should be proud of him, for the faith and obedience to YHWH he called “Father.”

I reject the general hatred for Jews that true Anti-Semites have, for those people are merely looking for a scapegoat to avoid seeing all the goodness that has appeared century after century in the best of the Jews, even towards non-Jews. On the other hand, I know from my Talmud Bavli (Babylonian Talmud) some filth said about Jesus, Mary, and all who believe Jesus was the meshiach (messiah) that all Jews prefer be kept out of public circulation. To Jews who teach and promote these ideas, all I will say is that Hashem hears all, sees all, knows all, and I urge you to stop now, and learn from the one Hashem said, “Hear him!”

I feel I must close by leaving the religious concept of “Chosen People” to two other forms that infect our world today, and the people in each of these classes may include Jews, but they surely include Christians, Muslims, HIndus, and Atheists. They all recognize themselves in the other members of their same class. They all are far more threatening than mere Jews, who are so small in number, while those in these two classes seem to me to far exceed them.

First are the Ultra-Wealthy Billionaires and fewer Trillionaires who believe themselves “Chosen by Wealth-as-Power” to gain complete control over “anyone who can be bought” or “anyone who can be threatened into silence” from fear of death for themselves or their families. Government offices can be purchased through corrupt elections. Government officials can be purchased as we see from history. Government prosecutors and judges, the same. Yet for the poor, there is no wealth to avoid being sent to prison for trivia.

Second are the Atheistic Social Darwinists who believe themselves “Chosen by Nature” to be more cunning, more ruthless, more destructive of all opposition than “any other beast in the Jungle.” These are those who may be rich or poor, yet who believe themselves to BE THE ABSOLUTE LAW UNTO THEMSELVES. They fear no human law, regulation, fear of punishment, any form of punishment–until they are right at its very edge to receive it–because they obey only themselves and what they choose to do. In fancy terms, these are the Pure Egoists. In more classical terms of evil against the innocent, these are the heirs of the Satanist Aleister Crowley who wrote in his “Book of the Law” that the only law is: DO WHAT YOU WILL.

Fortunate for all of us, I still say, is the fact that ALL of us are Mammals.

Our Mammalian Instincts are given to each of us especially by our mothers, who nurtured us from birth to when we could fend for ourselves. Some of our natural mothers died. Some abandoned us, but we were loved by someone else who did not care about the womb that birthed us. Some of us, unfortunately, were abused and scarred by our natural mothers, and we still carry that. Yet even in our emotional disabilities, we look around us and see “what real mothers are like” and we wish, but we decide, “I shall be better!”

We all need LOVE. We all need TO LOVE. We have within us the subconscious and conscious DRIVE for these. And with that drive, we also have the COGNITION, intuitive or conscious, that everyone who harms the innocent, who murders the innocent IS SUBJECT TO PUNISHMENT, at least to prevent repetition, and for instruction for the entire Human Family.
