Profit is Universal Around the World

Joseph and Jesus made a profit in their carpentry business. Paul the Apostle made tents, and he made his living from doing it, maybe with some left over. Profit–or personal benefit, something you need or want–always has been universal among human beings throughout history.

The U.S. Constitution is for People NOT Profit

Read the opening long sentence of the Constitution is called “The Preamble.” The first Americans put this sentence FIRST because they wanted everyone who read it to understand the MORAL PURPOSE of the Highest Law of the land to be–as Abraham Lincoln summarized and ended his little tiny speech in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania–“government of the People, by the People, for the People.” I now quote the Preamble, but break it down, phrase by phrase–NUMBERING THE PEOPLE PURPOSES–so anyone can SEE the Moral Purpose of the Constitution

We the People of the United States
in Order to
1. form a more perfect Union
2. establish Justice
3. insure domestic Tranquility
4. provide for the common defense
5. promote the general Welfare and
6. secure the Blessings of Liberty
to ourselves and our Posterity
do ordain and establish
this Constitution for
the United States of America

Every one of those SIX highlighted MORAL PURPOSES pertains to HUMAN BEINGS. They all pertain to the Human Family.  Not one of them had a (excuse me, I am becoming wrathful) damned thing to do with profit, money, wealth, or who had enough to “buy the government.”

“more perfect Union” means “People more united than ever”
“establish Justice” means “We the People–and ALL the People here–GET JUSTICE”
“insure domestic Tranquility” means “guarantee peace in the Land:
“promote the general Welfare” means “work so We The People ALL live better”
“secure the Blessings of Liberty” means “make freedom for We The People Rock-Solid”

Liars for HIRE Say
“America is a Capitalist Nation”

Oh how this PhD historian shakes with wrath. I think the first time I ever heard a U.S. Senator say, “America is a capitalist nation,” that lying phrase was heard on television from the mouth of Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell (not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but a great wind-sniffer).

No. America is a People Nation. Legally, that was the intent of the Authors of the Constitution, and the Colonists who voted to ratify (approve) that draft Constitution. They made their highest law for themselves and their children, and their children’s children, right down to us here today!

Money nor Profit had NOTHING to do with the Moral Purposes of the Constitution. Get ready for this true statement.

ANY OF THESE TO EXIST IN AMERICA
Only if WE THE PEOPLE Are Protected Under LAW
