Leadership Ethics Online, LLC (LEO), educates, trains, and supports American leaders in the spheres of ethics and ethical leadership.  LEO’s mission, offerings, and services have been developed after many years of academic, workplace, and professional leadership experiences.

No challenges or problems faced by American leaders are detachable from issues of ethics and ethical leadership.  Nearly all of today’s worst American crises were completely preventable, if leaders had followed the Golden Rule, “Love Your Neighbor as Yourself.” Nearly all of today’s crises are completely resolvable, if leaders will invest in, lead by example, and ensure compliance, using LEO’s sound ethical principles.

LEO understands how truly difficult and stressful conditions are for leaders who contact us.  However, remember our ancestors.  Nothing we face today compares with the uncertainties and trying times of the American Revolutionary War, our War Between the States or Civil War, our Great Depression, and World War II.  Those were crises of the greatest magnitude.  Now we have our crises.  We have the power to overcome them, if we return to America’s greatest ethical principles. 

LEO is an ally for ethical solutions for American leaders.   The Commonwealth of Kentucky as a great and true motto for inspiration:  “United We Stand, Divided We Fall.”  There is strength in solidarity.  Some challenges are best not faced alone.  Some cannot be faced successfully alone, for they are too large and complex.  Sometimes the best leader has persons within an organization who seek to undermine ethics and ethical leadership.
